AI Builds · nine systems, all in production

My Personal OS

Nine systems I built on Claude Code that run my working life. They share one memory in Obsidian, and a Router in front of it decides what everything that arrives is, where it goes and which model handles it.

How it works

It starts with what comes in: meeting calls and voice notes, three email accounts, 31 newsletters, files and links, course material, the calendar, job boards and Revenue Squared recordings. Everything passes through the Router before it reaches the vault.

The Router has two jobs. It sorts every input into one of about twelve types, such as a meeting, a class, a person, a task or a job posting, and hands it to the skill that knows what to do with it. It also picks the model for every skill by power band, so a renamed or retired model is a one-line change.

The vault is the memory: people, career, academics, Revenue Squared, projects, tasks and reading, all as plain notes. What comes out is what I use every day: a newspaper on my reMarkable at 06:30, a morning briefing, meeting and class notes, drafts of emails and applications, a career pipeline, answers for the community and new Revenue Squared editions. Dozens of scheduled jobs keep it running, and a weekly security audit checks every one of them.

Router

Two routing mechanisms behind everything else. Anything that arrives, an email, a voice note, a file, is classified and filed where it belongs, and every agent skill is routed to a model by power band.

Casper Notetaker

A menu-bar app that records my meetings through a native audio tap, prompted by the calendar, with no bot in the call and no subscription.

Morning newspaper

A personal newspaper lands on my reMarkable at 06:30 every day, with my day, the world, tech and science, and my newsletters, so the morning starts on paper.

GTM Robo-Expert

An agent built on three years of community Slack, video and audio, anonymised and structured. It answers members’ questions, routes them to the right expert, and saves me over 10 hours a week.

Security audit

Weekly audit of every script and persistence point on the machine against a git baseline. Emails only when something changed that I did not change.

Content Engine

One Revenue Squared recording becomes a verified transcript, trailers, covers, three newsletter drafts, LinkedIn posts and the publishing checklist.

Voice pipeline

Record any conversation on your phone, a meeting, a class, a coffee chat, an event, and put it away. A diarised transcript is filed, the people in it are updated, tasks are extracted, one email confirms.

Career CRM

One script keeps a kanban, a dashboard and news alerts in sync from plain markdown frontmatter. No tracker to maintain by hand.
